General Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 July 2026

General Terms & Conditions for the Shippp service, drafted under the Hungarian Civil Code, the Hungarian Electronic Commerce Act (Act CVIII of 2001), Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on distance contracts, and Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

1. Service provider

Provider: Dipatch Bt. — see the Legal Notice for full identification.

Contact: hello@shippp.ai

2. Scope & subject of the contract

These terms govern use of Shippp, a web-based design-to-code tool available at app.shippp.ai (the “Service”). The Service is provided on a subscription basis (Free, Plus, Pro). The provider may make the Service available to consumers and to businesses; certain consumer-only rights below apply only to natural persons acting outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Conclusion of the contract (steps)

  • The customer creates an account (email + password) and verifies their email.
  • For a paid plan, the customer completes a pre-checkout step (country, business status / VAT number), reviews the plan, the all-in price including VAT, the trial terms and the withdrawal notice.
  • The customer places the order via the “Order with obligation to pay” action and is redirected to the payment provider (Stripe) to set up payment.
  • The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed; the provider sends an order confirmation on a durable medium (email).

The contract language is English. The contract is recorded (archived) by the provider and is retrievable on request.

4. Price, VAT and payment

Displayed subscription prices are net (VAT-exclusive). The applicable VAT is added at checkout according to the customer’s country and business status; the all-in total including VAT is shown before the order is placed. Prices: Plus €19/month (€15/month billed annually), Pro €49/month (€39/month billed annually), plus VAT. Payment is made by card via Stripe. Invoices are issued electronically via számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.) and reported to the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV).

5. Free trial, term, renewal and seats

Paid plans include a 21-day free trial with a card captured up front, once per workspace. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan and the card is charged. Subscriptions renew for successive periods (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Plan and billing-interval changes are made in the application (Account → Plan & billing); the payment card and cancellation are managed via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Billing is per seat (workspace member). Adding a member bills the new seat pro-rata from the day it is added — on monthly plans on the next invoice, on annual plans immediately. Removing a member does not generate a mid-term refund or credit; the already-paid seat remains usable by the workspace until the end of the current billing period. At each renewal the subscription is billed for the actual member count at that time. Plan upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; plan downgrades and — on annual plans — seat reductions take effect at the next renewal.

6. Right of withdrawal — consumers

A consumer has the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us (Dipatch Bt., hello@shippp.ai) of the decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). The consumer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Immediate performance & loss of the withdrawal right (digital services)

Because the Service is supplied immediately (the trial grants access at once), the consumer is asked at checkout to expressly request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends and to acknowledge that, once the Service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. If the consumer withdraws after use has begun, they must pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Effects of withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws in time (and the right is not lost as above), the provider reimburses all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment, less any proportionate amount for service already provided at the consumer’s express request.

7. Warranties & liability

The provider warrants that the Service materially conforms to its description. Statutory warranty rules (warranty of conformity, product warranty and guarantee, as applicable under Hungarian law) apply. To the extent permitted by law, the provider’s liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. Exported code is provided for the customer to use and edit; the customer is responsible for its deployment.

8. Complaint handling & dispute resolution

Complaints may be sent to hello@shippp.ai; we respond within the statutory deadline. If a consumer dispute is not resolved, the consumer may turn to the competent conciliation board.

Conciliation board (by the provider’s seat): Győr-Moson-Sopron County Conciliation Board — 9021 Győr, Szent István út 10/a.

Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The consumer protection supervisory authority is the competent government office.

9. Governing law

Hungarian law governs the contract. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence are unaffected. These terms may be amended; material changes are notified in advance and apply to renewals.
